Hello everyone!
I firstly would like to apologize for my great leave of absence, Unfortunately life gets in the way at times and takes you away from the things that you love to do. Thankfully members of the Trainz community have reached out to me to inform me that I should make some changes on the website that would help me furthermore with handling content for Trainz you all. Like many of us content creators, these sites do not put food on the tables and teams unfortunately fall apart. Greencoast started off as 2 - 3 people and has ended with only Me.
The time that I have had starting Greencoast at age 17 was wonderful when I was not the one having to pay Bills at the time , now that I am 20, I have gotten a full time job with the Railroad and I am also a Full time College student taking on Mechanical Engineering. Paying Tuition and Bills at the same time will indefinitely take all of my free time away haha...... Would like to state that my overall goal with starting and running Greencoast was not to make money, but to provide neat and 'Different' content to everyone in this community, It is Purely a Hobby. Thankfully, all purchases made for Greencoast go to Weebly to keep the website running for the future viewers that would also like to play with Greencoast Content.
Now I would like to state that I am aware that people are having issues in regards to downloads and errors and my first response to this is that downloads will be switched from 48hr periods to 3 times per purchase. With that you are now able to redownload your content as long as you save your links! My recommendation would be to star your Emails throughout each purchase going forward from this day, March 1st, 2022. My Goal is to mainly rebuild Greencoast in such a way that will allow it to 'Self Govern' itself in my leave of absence due to, well.... life! And so I hope that switching these downloads to download limits will allow you all to find your content again when lost. I will continue to say and I cannot stress this enough, whenever you make a purchase on Greencoast, please back it up. With me being gone for quite some time, reaching out to me can be a headache.
In regards to people with missing content, and or KUID issues, please reach out to me at [email protected] as I am more likely to respond to you than I would be in or on Trainz Forums. Those of you who would prefer to reach out to me via Facebook at Greencoast Studios you may continue doing so, I am now in a better position to respond than I was in the past but as I stated, with life getting in the way, I'm unsure of how long I will have this liberty and so with that, I ask that you all be extremely patient with me. With the constant updates that are coming out with Trainz, I am incapable of keeping up with Trainz Content creation and so there unfortunately may be issues that I would be unable to solve. I would however, like to also take the opportunity as well to record each "New Issue" that I address while helping you all so that I can upload fixes to YouTube for future viewers who encounter similar issues whether its with Greencoast content or with other content. Thank you all for taking the time to express your concerns and reachout to me! I am grateful for the support that you all provide.
